They need to take note of all of this before doing some operations for the stack. The cost is also usually around one half when the rig is in operation. 

The crew was also not that big so it was not weird for the cost like that. It was not that good to maintain for a long time. They can just use this way for a short period of time because the reactivation is also shorter. Why was it more of a problem? It will just use some maintenance activity that tends to decrease and equipment starts to deteriorate. If you have this stacked for a long time it will be cold stacked poorly because not maintaining it well. 

Cold stacked 

This is really different from warm stacked because it will be abandoned and become the focus. Even the cost for cold stacked is smaller than a fraction of the full cost when they operate. If this cold stack is not kept well way to all the points to save them will be wasted. It was called abandoned but still needs maintenance so they can use it for a long time. The time and cost for cold stacked is dependent on the owners because it needs to be put to service. To activate it again so I can use it in future. There still have the expired date to use this cold stacked.
